i think he does in fact mean understeer, as in the understeer on-throttle that the older 911s were known to exhibit (followed by snap-oversteer off-throttle).

He is a great journo. However, is it me or did he make a mistake at 9:08? A Porsche 911 with skinny tires will *oversteer*, surely not *understeer*?
